ALL FACETS OF EVERY PIECE OF EQUIPMENT COME TOGETHER
In my job as a control systems programmer, all facets of every piece of equipment come together. Whether its hydraulics, electrical drives and installations or human machine interface, it’s all part of the daily activities at the office.
Besides desk work, I also spend a fair amount of time at the KenzFigee’s workshop testing and commissioning the equipment being built by the workshop team.
TESTING & COMMISSIONING I EXPERIENCE AS A REWARDING PROJECT PHASE
I always experience testing and commissioning as a rewarding project phase where, after months of design and preparation, a real working piece of equipment gets ready to be installed in the field for which it was designed.
In addition, occasionally I travel all over the world to add the finishing touches to a project on-site, as some systems need to be commissioned according to specific client requirements.
All of this combined with aftersales services regarding modifications and/or troubleshooting challenges, make that this job is much more than “just an office desk job.”
