These exceptional times require extraordinary remote solutions, especially if you want to perform a Factory Acceptance Test.

In a direct response to current health guidelines and restrictions due to COVID-19, KenzFigee completed its first remote FAT to the satisfaction of Lloyd’s Register and our client on Thursday 9 April.

Our team was able to bridge the distance by setting up live streams and online meetings, enabling our client to witness the testing of its Ram Luffing crane at our fabrication yard in Zaandam, without being physically present.

The FAT was successfully completed thanks to our flexible client and a dedicated team of professionals led by our project engineer Bjorn Pauletta, whilst keeping a minimum safe distance of 1.5 meters.
